WHAT IS COSMETIC TATTOOING?
Cosmetic Tattooing is a delicate tattoo technique that uses a pen shaped machine to place thousands of tiny dots of pigment into the skin, gradually building up colour and defining shape for your eyebrows or lips. CT differs from Body Tattooing by using different equipment, specific pigments and specific colour selections.

Before we book your appointment I will consult with you, to understand your needs, to ensure you get exactly the brows and lips you want. I will advise you on the perfect blend of colours and after meticulous measurement and template placement, you’ll be able to approve the final design.
The appointment takes place in a clean and professional environment, and is relatively painless. It takes a week to heal, but once that’s done, your life will be instantly more carefree!
Your brows will still grow as per normal after Cosmetic Tattooing. Continue to tint, trim, pluck, wax or thread as usual. Remember we are modifying the colour of the skin behind the hairs and not changing the colour of the HAIR or its growth.
You will have to take care of your eyebrows to ensure they last as long as possible, avoiding excessive sun exposure, wearing sunscreen, and watching what products you apply near the eyebrow area (excessive oils and active ingredients).

Velvet Brows are 100% customisable and can be made to look sharp or very natural. Works with most skin types, including oily or combination skin. Clients come back for colour boosts closer to the 12-18 month mark. If you fill in your brows regularly, have had brow hair loss or would like to improve the shape and enhance the colour, Velvet Brows are for you.

LIP TINT TATTOO

Lip Tint is a is a cosmetic tattoo for the lips that enhances the beauty of the natural lip colour, improving the shape, giving definition and the illusion of fullness. It can be a corrective service to help even out the tone of the lips, but it can also help with some types asymmetry.
Initially, the colour will be super vibrant, so it is important not to be misled by the immediate ‘after’ results. Once healed, the colour fades approximately 30-50 % and also blends in with the natural lip colour.This is not a lip liner or a full lipstick look.
